Polygonal Bellows

The polygonal bellows are protections made from folded fabric and rigid PVC reinforcements in each fold. This type of bellows is used to protect linear guides, machine benches, racks, rods, spindles or different parts of a machine against dust, acids, oils, coolant, shavings, welding, abrasives, projections, high temperatures … Our system of manufacturing allows total adaptation to customer needs.

U-shaped bellows are used to protect linear guides, machine benches, as well as different components of a machine … Bellows can also be manufactured in “L”, “Z” shape, roof shape … as well as best meets customer needs. They are high frequency welded bellows that withstand many cycles and have a long life.

The rectangular or square bellows protect spindles, cylinders, as well as any element that you want to cover completely. This type of bellows can be opened with velcro, thus its installation is easier.

Curtain or accordion bellows are used for the protection of multiple applications. It is a very versatile product, it can be manufactured with and without rigid PVC reinforcements.

We recommend mounting between “U” profiles for correct operation.

The hexagonal or octagonal bellows protect spindles, cylinders, as well as any element that you want to cover completely. They can be made open with velcro, which allows the bellows to be installed without disassembling the part to be protected. Its PVC skeleton gives the bellows a solid structure.
