Round Bellows

Round bellows are used to protect cylinder rods, smooth or splined shafts, joints, screws (ball, trapezoidal …) solar trackers …. Their main advantage is that they need little space for the compression.

We have a wide variety of materials with which to protect from dust, water, acids, abrasives, projections, high temperatures (up to 1500ºC), etc….

We can manufacture them with a longitudinal opening that allows their quick and easy installation without having to disassemble the piece to protect.

At Proteval we have extensive experience in the manufacture of round bellows for solar trackers.

• The material can be: PVC, PVC for oils, Silicone, Preox

• We also manufacture them with an inner weft of Polyester, Kevlar (abrasion-resistant) or Nomex (temperature resistant)

•Fixation frames for a clamp or flat flange.

• They protect from dust, water, oils, acids, hydrocarbons, hot chips, high temperature, welding, etc. They are waterproof.

• Horizontal, vertical, inclined working position.
